Look at the colour of this beautiful herbal shampoo? Isn't it gorgeous?!

I used dried herbs of :

Calendula , Lavender, Lemon Verbena and Chamomile with the addition of a few drops of Lavender essential oil, another favourite of mine.

This recipe is great to nourish the scalp and promote healthier hair, leaving them smooth and shiny.

The smell is divine and I will add a picture of my hair after washing my hair with this wonderful Herbal Shampoo.

As you can imagine, it is very different from the commercial shampoo that creates loads of foam. With this particular Herbal Shampoo the foam is very little and you will need one pump or two , depending on the length of your hair. Wash as a regular shampoo and rinse.

This product , like every other product, can be customised. The herbs can be different, depending on your hair type or if there is something in particular that you would like help with (hair loss, dandruff, dry scalp, etc).

herbal bath salts

A great way to absorb the beneficial properties of the Herbs, Oils and Epsom salt, is through the skin.

When I bathe my children I love to create a nice atmosphere. Bringing some colours and nature into the bath tab and explaining to them what are the benefits of this ritual.

I added organic dried Calendula, Lavender and Chamomile, all herbs that will help you relax and indulge into a nourishing herbal bath with the addition of Lavender Essential oil blended with Sweet almond oil.

The herbs can vary so as the essential oils and carrier oils.
